For the second time in as many weeks, a reciprocity bill has sprung up.

John Thune introduced Senate Bill 2213 in order to encourage the federal government to respect states' rights

It would allow an individual who has met the qualifications for a concealed-carry permit would be to carry a handgun in any other state that issues such permits.

None of these bills would affect any given state's right to legislate within its borders.

Contact Congress, and tell them to do the right thing.
