Video: This is a real serious issue, and we have Eric Holder not at all cooperating with Congress.
Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas) on February 15 asked Secretary Janet Napolitano whether ATF had misled DHS or ICE agents assigned to assist in the operation. Napolitano could only say she hoped not. The secretary testified previously that she was unaware of Fast and Furious while it was under way. But DHS had special ICE agents involved in investigating Fast and Furious not much longer afterwards.
The special AG that McCaul has asked be brought in, hopefully, can bring justice.
