Unlike in most states, in California it's difficult to get a concealed carry permit. Now many citizens are carrying guns openly, unloaded, in plain sight.

The open-carry citizen, the gun-grabbing legislators have argued, wastes police resources.

But even without legislative changes, cops are harassing innocent people, simply for following extant law.

"We don't care what the law is," said the thugs. "You can't do that."
