Ryan Jermone was a Marine from Indiana with a concealed carry permit. He came to New York City to conduct business and falsely believed he had reciprocity in the city. He wanted to see the Empire State Building, and there, asked somebody there where he could check his gun.

The thugs arrested him and demanded ridiculous bail due to his being from out of state.

Now he will sit in prison for 15 years.
