Displeased gun owners swarm the entrance to New Hampshire's statehouse. Lawmakers used a rulemaking process to ban firearms in the building. The recent attempt at banning them with formal legislation went down to overwhelming defeat.

Activists have collected hundreds of signatures denouncing the ban. One lawmaker is requesting that activists enter the statehouse with empty holsters in protest.
