Firearms training for everyone. We must take responsibility for our own safety and for a number of reasons. The police can't protect you. You call them and they'll show up, but it's always after the fact and a several minutes later. The law-makers can't protect you either. You know what happens when they try, they end up passing so many laws to protect you that they put you in virtual restraints, you won't be able to scratch your own itch without violating some law or code. The person that needs to take responsibility for your safety is you.
