An armed neighbor is a good neighbor.
A Marine on leave, upset with the military, decided to open fire at an apartment complex.
He was upset with his military status, said the police. He stormed into the complex office, got locked out. Then he went into the parking lot and started firing shots.
An armed citizen pointed a gun at him and had him lay down his weapon. Then the Marine barricaded himself inside his place for a couple of hours before he surrendered to police.
